Our Syndications desk participates in Primary and Secondary Loans Market, and has positions in various markets within and outside Europe. Our participation in an arrangement depends on the nature and purpose of the Syndicated Loan and the requirements of the client. The purpose of the loan could be varied, ranging from corporate mergers and acquisitions, leveraged & management buy-outs, project and structured finance and refinancing of existing facilities.
